Delivery and installation details
We provide free delivery and installation services to all areas in Macau. But before placing an order, please note the following terms:
1. Elevator restrictions:
- Please ensure that the elevator in your home or office can accommodate the product you are purchasing. If the elevator is unavailable and manual transportation is required, the customer will be responsible for additional transportation costs. The general charge is $100 per product per floor . If the floor is higher or exceeds eight floors, the company reserves the right to refuse transportation and door-to-door delivery.
2. Delivery location confirmation:
- Before placing an order, please ensure that the purchased product can be delivered to the intended location. If there are any special circumstances or restrictions, please inform our team in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
3. Schedule delivery time:
- We will do our best to deliver within the time you specify, but there may be delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. If you have any time requirements or restrictions, please notify us when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
4. Delivery and installation:
- To optimize the delivery and installation process, our delivery staff will perform installation at the same time as delivery. However, if the product arrives at the location at the scheduled delivery time but there is no one to take delivery, resulting in the need for re-delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.
5. On-site preparation:
- To ensure a smooth delivery and installation process, please make sure your site meets the conditions for installation. If the on-site environment is limited and it is necessary to reschedule the installation. Additional installation fees may be charged at the next installation appointment to cover the additional time and resources required.
