Return and exchange policy
Under normal circumstances, our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Upon delivery, you (or your representative) must inspect the products and confirm your receipt. If you notice any damage to your product, you must notify our delivery team and technicians immediately. Any damage declared after receipt of goods will not be accepted.
Therefore, on the day of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items and confirm with our delivery staff immediately that the products are in good condition before receiving them. Subsequent requests for replacement or refund due to damage will not be honored.
In the event of a replacement or item requiring repair, delivery times are subject to availability. We do not accept any liability for delays in delivery due to replacement items.
